n444 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the n444 website accessible at n444.io, including all sub-pages, the game lobby, the cashier, the sportsbook, and any mobile-optimised version thereof.
• "We", "Us", "Our" and "n444" refer to the operator of the Platform.
• "You" and "Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their Account using any accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded to a Player by n444, which are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet placed using Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance on any casino game, live dealer table, crash game, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted and displayed on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling services is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed under applicable law.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity verification process n444 is entitled to apply at any time to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

To create an Account on n444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. n444 does not permit access to or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other person, company, or entity.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time you create your Account or place any Wager.
• You have not previously had an Account on n444 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close family member of an employee of n444 or any of its technology, payment, or game supply partners.
• You are participating for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. n444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration, and to suspend or close Accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Only one Account is permitted per individual person. Where n444 identifies that a single person holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods — n444 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any pending or settled winnings, and return only the original deposited Real Money Balance at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account.

You must notify n444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. n444 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access that occurs prior to the receipt of such notification.

n444 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse Account registration, suspend an existing Account, or close an Account permanently where we reasonably believe that:

• The Account holder does not satisfy the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• The information provided at registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.
• The Account is being used in a manner that violates these Terms or any applicable law.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose n444 or other players to financial, legal, or reputational risk.

You may request the closure of your own Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending Wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game and sportsbook rules. Any Real Money Balance remaining after pending Wager settlement will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within a reasonable time frame, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All deposits and withdrawals on n444 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). n444 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. All accepted payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer — are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by n444.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by n444's payment processor. n444 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or mobile financial service. You must only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name — deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. n444 processes withdrawal requests within approximately 15 minutes during normal operating hours; however, processing times may be extended where KYC verification is incomplete or where the withdrawal triggers a manual review under our anti-money-laundering procedures.

n444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard KYC requirement and is not an indication of suspected wrongdoing. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds being returned to your Real Money Balance.

Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must first satisfy all applicable wagering requirements, after which any converted winnings become part of your Real Money Balance and are withdrawable in the normal way.

n444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sports bets), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply to all n444 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Only one active bonus may be held at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a new bonus unless the existing bonus has been fully wagered or forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus Balance and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your Account if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period.
• n444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your Account, the terms in effect at the time of crediting apply.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts or players.
• Where n444 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms — n444 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the Account.

Each game available on the n444 Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game's specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

For sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports available on the Platform, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted only when the betting market is open. n444 reserves the right to suspend a market at any time, including during in-play events, where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the time frame specified in the market rules, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that event. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Manifest pricing errors — where odds are offered at a level that is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — will not be honoured. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface. n444 reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual players at its sole discretion.

All game outcomes on the n444 Platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. n444 does not alter or influence the outcomes of any game provided by these studios.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n444 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Bonus Balance, and may result in the withholding of Real Money Balance pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in place of human play.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including match-fixing, chip-dumping in poker variants, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime. n444 actively monitors transactions for suspicious patterns and will report confirmed or suspected money laundering to relevant authorities.
• Providing false information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with n444 support staff.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account, or soliciting another Player's login credentials for any purpose.
• Using the Platform's chat, messaging, or support functions to harass, threaten, or abuse other Players or n444 staff members.
• Registering or using an Account while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

All content on the n444 Platform — including but not limited to the n444 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of n444 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from n444.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the n444 brand name, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes, including affiliate marketing, social media promotion, or any other commercial activity, without a written agreement with n444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service outages beyond n444's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, Account information, or transaction records caused by events outside n444's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider, mobile financial service, or banking institution.
• Any decision made by n444 in good faith under these Terms, including decisions to suspend an Account, void a Wager, or decline a withdrawal pending KYC review.

n444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. n444 will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of any outage or technical fault.

Where n444's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n444 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at n444.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

For KYC and anti-money-laundering purposes, n444 may be required to retain your personal data and transaction records for a minimum period of five (5) years following Account closure, even where you have requested deletion of your data. In such cases, n444 will notify you and will process your data only to the minimum extent required to fulfil its legal obligations.

n444 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. • Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set from your Account dashboard. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: You may set a time reminder to receive an alert after a defined period of continuous play.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.

n444 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• n444 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• n444 reasonably believes that your Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a deposit made to your n444 Account.
• Continued provision of the service to you would expose n444 to unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, n444 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance will be returned to you net of any sums owed to n444, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification and the resolution of any pending investigations.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory local consumer protection legislation.

In the event of a dispute between you and n444, you are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. n444 commits to acknowledging dispute notifications within 2 business days and to providing a substantive response within 7 business days of receiving all relevant information from you.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, n444 will cooperate with any applicable alternative dispute resolution process to seek a fair and timely outcome.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
